We provide bespoke, 5 Star Cleaning and Property Management Services in the Cornwall area with service packages tailored to meet your specific needs and requirements.


Change over Cleaning Service

Our holiday property change over cleaning service can also include checking the property on departure; cleaning and servicing the property ready for arrivals; linen services and liaising with incoming guests on arrival.

Linen Service

A standard Change over Clean includes cleaning or hiring of linen and towels. However, should you choose to use your own linen you will need to provide 2x extra sets of linen and towels, because if we are cleaning and servicing the property ready for new arrivals, we will need spare linen for use whilst other set is being laundered.

Holiday Property Deep Cleaning

We can carry out deep cleans at the end of a holiday letting season or before the holiday season starts, to prepare your holiday property for bookings. We can also carry out an annual spring clean.

We also offer a mid-booking linen change

For bookings of more than one week we can visit the property to remove and replace dirty linen and towels.

Property refresh

During cold weather periods it may be necessary to visit a property prior to a booking to turn on the heating, and to air the property. We can provide this additional service when required.

Second Home Cleaning

We can provide an excellent cleaning and maintenance service for your second home. We are very flexible and work to suit your needs offering as many hours as required at excellent rates. Our locally based, family run and staffed business operates to a very high standard.

Clean on Your Departure or During Your Stay

C.C.S. can take care of all or some of the cleaning on your departure, ensuring a less stressful end to your visit. It also means less to do on your next arrival. We can provide a cleaning service during your stay.

Property Deep Cleaning

We can at any time do a one off deep clean of your holiday property. We can do as many or as few hours as needed.

Empty Property Refresh/Sparkle Clean

Where a property is left unoccupied for any period of time, we can visit your property prior to an arrival and check that everything is in order. We can do a quick dust and polish or whatever is required as agreed by you.

Out of Season Services

If requested we can visit your property during cold weather periods to check or adjust the heating, and/ or to air the property.


Our network of interviewed, reference checked and proven housekeepers are given a checklist together with set-up support to ensure they perform to a high standard of internal cleaning. We can add to this checklist with bespoke requirements most of the time.   


We offer a full linen sourcing and cleaning service. Our linen is high-quality bed linen and towels which can be provided for each changeover and is priced extremely competitively. Hiring your linen means less hassle for you and looks clean and fresh.


To keep on top of things and prevent build-up, we suggest you have two deep cleans annually – particularly if you are letting your property to holidaymakers. In addition, we can organise annual carpet cleans, oven cleans and dry cleaning of your curtains and duvets if you wish


We also keep a stock of toasters, kettles, hairdryers and other small electrical provisions. If there is a problem and something can’t be repaired, we can either hire or replace this from our stocks to ensure your guests are not inconvenienced.  


We will liaise with guests regarding lost property, including payment for postage where applicable.


There is a host of other services we can provide to make the managing of your property even more hassle free:

We can prepare an inventory for your property for your housekeeper to check periodically. We can also suggest an inventory of items required by most holiday letting agents.

Key Safe Installation
Key safes are a low cost, safe and efficient way to manage access to your property – for guests and tradespeople. We can supply and install the key safe for you.

Local Welcome Packs
If you’re providing a warm welcome for your guests, or even for yourself and your own family, a Cornish brand will make them feel extra special. We can source and supply the basics such as tea and fresh coffee through to larger welcome hampers, depending on your requirements, very cost-effectively.

Extra Special
For holiday properties, many owners find that a cost-effective and attractive way to manage toiletries is for us to source bulk supplies. We offer two ranges of toiletries, which allows you to select the one most suited to your property and guests. This works particularly well for hand soap, which the housekeeper can decant.



Our experienced team can assist in providing regular, planned or one-off reactive maintenance works for your property – we can take care of the lot.


As part of your contract, we will agree whether you would like us to source and arrange the ongoing management of items such as gardening, window cleaning, oven deep cleaning, spring cleaning, gas safety checks and PAT testing. We believe that being proactive prevents those little mishaps occurring.


Part of our management is ensuring your peace of mind and checking your property at times when you can’t. We can regularly check to ensure your property is secure, to keep an eye on oil and LPG levels, guttering, septic tank servicing, external algae, gardens and other important elements to ensure no unpleasant surprises. 


Where we’re not able to fulfil a role, we have a whole host of local tradespeople that we’ve been working with for many years. We can source these directly to carry out those jobs on your behalf.  From electricians to plumbers, gardeners and window cleaners, we’re sure to know someone!


In caring for your property, we care for your guests too. We can be on hand for your holidaymakers should any faults occur while they are on holiday. This is seven days a week and provides peace of mind that everything will be dealt with promptly and you don’t get that call late at night. We can also provide a maintenance book for your guests to report non-urgent issues which can be resolved at a later date.
